Rob Hull is the VP Network and Consumer Scouting for the External Innovation team within the BT Research & Innovation Directorate. He heads up the Innovation Scouting function whose role is to identify, qualify, then introduce companies with innovative technologies, propositions and business models into the BT Lines of Business. The team is charged with helping BT find new sources of revenue, reduce costs and improve customer service. The team also reports back on Global market trends and helps manage BT's small venture capital activity. He then leads the initial business development activity into BT.
