TC3 Summit can get your message out to an audience of telecom operator, startup, vendor and investor executives.

With 2 stages, 20 topics and 12 hours of programming, TC3 has plenty of opportunities to talk about innovation and new ideas.

  • New products, services, companies, and ideas on Day 1
  • Carrier innovations, partnerships, and Case Studies on Day 2
  • Technology and market specific discussions and panels on the Spotlight Stage
  • SPIFFY Awards Ceremony (late on Day 1) also has a handful of lighter, fun, spots to be heard
  • 12 startups will be chosen to present 5-min startup fast pitches on the Main Stage
  • And of course, don't forget demo tables, TC3 Matchmaker meetings, and sponsored opportunities, such as the Speaker Breakfast

On the first day of TC3, the speakers on the Main Stage will be focused on innovation—from new startups and new products, to case studies on how services got to market.

  • Case Studies between telcos or vendors and early stage partners
  • Success Stories from later stage startups
  • All speakers are included in the TC3 App, website, agenda, and printed collateral



On the second day of TC3, the speakers on the main stage will be carriers from across the globe who use the TC3 Summit to communicate their innovation priorities and programs to the startup ecosystem.

  • Fireside Chat with senior carrier executives from R&D, strategy, and innovation divisions
  • Case Studies between telcos or vendors and startup partners
  • Presentations by Telco representatives
  • All speakers are included in the TC3 App, website, agenda, and printed collateral



The Spotlight Stage offers a platform for participants and sponsors to talk about and discover new technologies. While the main stage is limited to telcos, telco case studies, and telco partnerships, the Spotlight Stage offers the rest of the ecosystem a way to engage a targeted subset of the TC3 participants who are interested in a specific sub segment of telecom innovation.

  • Spotlight Stage topics are exclusive; only one session per topic will be chosen
  • Some Spotlight Stage topics are reserved for sponsors
  • Spotlight Stage is located in the eating and networking area
  • Spotlight Stage audience is treated to comfortable sofas, snacks and an intimate setting
  • Spotlight topics and speakers are included in the TC3 App, website, signage, and printed collateral
  • Spotlight Stage will operate on Day 1 from 9am to 4pm and on Day 2 from 9am to 12pm
  • Spotlight Sponsors are exclusive and first come, first served



TC3 showcases 12 early stage telecom startups on the Main Stage the morning of Day 1. Six are focused on getting their solution into carriers and networks, and 6 are currently fundraising. All 12 must be new to the Telecom Council and ready to partner with telcos or their vendors.

  • Startups may be as early as Alpha and as late as trial deployments
  • Applications will be accepted here from June 1-30
  • Consider a demo table whether or not your startup is selected for a rapid fire



On the first day of TC3, Telecom Council carriers present their annual awards for technology and innovation.

  • 10 Award categories
  • SPIFFY Award presenters make remarks, name nominees, and present the award
  • SPIFFY Awards are highly publicized with press releases and national media coverage
  • SPIFFY presenters are included in the mobile app, Summit website, agenda, and press releases
  • SPIFFY presenters are Council members and sponsors and will be invited between June 1 and July 31

TC3 offers many different ways to get technology into the hands of telcos, vendors, and VCs.

The TC3 Summit is all about innovation, so of course we have plentiful opportunities for companies to demo new technologies. The opportunities include:

  • Tables in the Demo Pavilion
  • 1-on-1 Pre-arranged meetings using the TC3 Matchmaker
  • Startup fast pitches on the Main Stage
  • Spotlight Stage for technology discussions
  • Sponsor Tables in the networking area

To get involved as a demo company, consider upgrading with specialized packages for startups, investors, and innovation supporters starting at $2000.00


The Demo Pavilion will include 40 startup and new technology demos to make sure attendees leave TC3 with many new potential partnerships.

  • Demo tables located in the eating and networking area
  • Demo table companies are included in the TC3 App, website, signage, and printed collateral
  • Demo table companies may schedule meetings at their demo table
  • Demo Pavilion will operate on Day 1 from 8:30am to 7pm and on Day 2 from 8:30 am to 1pm
  • We highly recommend 2 or more staff to properly manage the tables continuously
  • Tables are 30" round standing cocktail tables with power, linen, signage and 1 stool each
  • Demo tables may be purchased during the registration process
