    Roundtable Discussion: Manufacturing & Automation
From a single connected device to a multi-layered network designed to handle provisioning, production, maintenance and shipping, the number of potential use cases for IoT in manufacturing and automation is vast - with deployments in smart factory warehousing, predictive and remote maintenance, smart metering and smart grid, robotics and automation, connected logistics, freight, goods and transportation monitoring to name but a few! Add AI to the equation and the need for human intervention could be eradicated.

Our panel will discuss IoT in manufacturing, automation, the challenges of integrating new tech into old workflows, and the challenges in bridging the high-tech IoT world with the manufacturing sector.
